Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using paccse.com (the “Site”), or by becoming a member or purchasing an event ticket through the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About PACCSE
The Persian American Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast is a nonprofit organization. We do not endorse, oppose, or take positions on political parties, candidates, or religious groups — PACCSE is non-political and non-religious. Participation or membership does not imply endorsement of any individual member or business, and membership does not constitute a business partnership, guarantee of referrals, or promise of specific business outcomes.
Membership
Membership tiers, benefits, and annual dues are as described on the Membership page at the time of your application. Membership is granted at PACCSE’s discretion and renews annually unless cancelled. Dues are described further on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
Event Tickets
Tickets purchased through the Site are for the specific PACCSE event listed and are subject to the capacity, date, and details shown at checkout, including any per-attendee information (such as meal selections) requested during checkout. Ticket terms, including transfer and cancellation policies, are described on our Refunds & Cancellations page.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the member directory, checkout system, or any other part of the Site — including attempting to bypass purchase limits or quantity restrictions on ticketed events.
Intellectual Property
The PACCSE name, logo, and the content of this Site (text, graphics, and design) are the property of PACCSE or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except as necessary to view and use the Site normally.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including our payment processor and social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PACCSE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your membership, or your attendance at a PACCSE event.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
