Refunds & Cancellations

Membership Dues
Annual membership dues are non-refundable once processed. Membership benefits become available immediately upon payment, and your membership will remain active through the remainder of your 12-month term regardless of usage.
Event Tickets — General Policy
Tickets for PACCSE networking events and other general programming are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee. To transfer a ticket, contact us with the new attendee’s name and contact information at least 48 hours before the event.
Gala Tickets
Gala tickets are sold in pairs (2, 4, 6, etc.) so every attendee has a confirmed seat and meal at our catered dinner. Attendee names and meal selections (salad, main course, and dessert) are collected at checkout and are shared with our caterer ahead of the event — please have this information ready for each attendee when you check out.
Because catering counts and meal orders are finalized with our venue in advance, Gala tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Outside that window, we’re happy to help with a transfer to another attendee or, at our discretion, a refund — just reach out to us directly.
Event Cancellations or Changes by PACCSE
If PACCSE needs to cancel or significantly reschedule an event, ticket holders will be notified by email and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship commitments are billed and fulfilled according to the terms agreed at the time of sponsorship. Questions about a specific sponsorship agreement should be directed to our board.
